PRODUCER/DIRECTOR
GREGORY MARK BEZAT, owner and Creative Director of Bezat Video Group, Greg began his career 35 years ago, after graduating from San Francisco State with a B.F.A. in Film and Television. Greg’s professional career in San Francisco is as a writer, producer, director and editor.

Also, he has directed thousands of film and video programs for corporations, and food and travel programming. Greg has directed and produced several documentary films including: The Matriarch, Taming of a Grain, Norway: Food Treasures of the World, The HP Way, A Look Inside NUMMI, California Mille and The Ride to Wounded Knee.

 

CAMERAMAN

STEPHEN BERKE is an award-winning Director of Photography and Colorist.  His narrative work has been featured in a number of festivals including Tribeca, Raindance, and Comic-Con.  His documentary work has been broadcast on PBS and screened at festivals including the Mill Valley Film Festival.  As an amateur chef and general food lover, Stephen is excited at the chance to help bring Fisher’s story to a wider audience.

 

COMPOSER/SOUND DESIGNER
TOM DISHER is passionate about bringing stories to life through music and sound. Tom knows how to elicit the perfect sound – both hands-on, and conducting world-class musicians. Tom has composed music for over 200 films in his career.

 

EDITOR
SARA MAAMOURI is an Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker and editor who has explored a diverse range of topics for over 20 years. Her work touches on social, educational and political issues, from a teacher and students performing under extraordinary circumstances (The Music’s Gonna Get You Through, 2010) to rebuilding a life in a former war zone (Amal’s Garden, 2012). Her most recent films include We Are Not Princesses (2018) and the Peabody Award-winning film The Judge (2017). A multilingual Tunisian educated in New York and California, Sara brings cultural sensitivity to her editing, production, and story development, creating impact-focused narratives to attract and engage rapidly evolving audiences.
